- Franklin County jail custodian Aaron Marden works on the new video conferencing system on Tuesday that was installed at the jail for video arraignments of inmates. After the system is tweaked, it is expected to be used for court hearings that inmates normally would need to travel to when there is no judge available in Farmington courts. Marden and jail Manager Doug Blauvelt ran the cables for the system from one end of the jail to the other to keep costs down.
