- Ciara Rice of Norway celebrated her 5th birthday by collecting gifts for patients at the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital at Maine Medical Center in Portland. The party was held at Harvest Hill Farms in Mechanic Falls. She and her mother delivered the gifts to the hospital, and Ciara brought them to the play room. Included were cash, arts and crafts kits, Legos, toys of all kinds and books. Ciara is the daughter of Randy Rice and Charnissa Begay of Norway.
