WILTON — A third person police believe involved with a rash of residential burglaries between May and June has turned himself in on a warrant, interim Wilton Police Chief Richard Billian Jr. said.

Kevin Crandall, 27, of Wilton, was arrested by Farmington police Sgt. Peter Barton on the charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Monday, Billian said.

Crandall’s brother, Christopher C. Crandall, 24, of Wilton and their mother, Linda Walsh, 51, also of Wilton, were charged with theft in the case on Aug. 11.

Police had executed a search warrant at the Crandall’s house at 25 Union St. in Wilton several weeks ago and recovered stolen goods, Billian said.
