- Ben Pelchat, of Pelchat Electric in Oxford, sets up an outlet for the food booths at Simard-Payne Park in Lewiston Wednesday in advance of this weekend’s Balloon Festival. Pelchat had been at the park for two days setting up electricity of the three-day event.
