- Cianbro Corp., contracted through Central Maine Power Co., places some of the last pieces to an upgrade project for the Rumford Substation on top of Falls Hill. Rob Mayhew, general foreman with Cianbro, said the upgrades began last fall to bring equipment for 115,000 volts due to the Roxbury wind turbine project. He said lines have not been upgraded since the 1970s and all substations in the area are receiving new equipment.
