- First grade teacher Carla Miller sorted hundreds of books to share with teachers or store in her classroom at the new Mallett School in Farmington on Wednesday. She said she made home visits to her 18 students, a practice she has been doing for years to ease their transition. Principal Tracy Williams said of the new building, “It will be a wonderful space and everyone is very excited.”
