- A helicopter and crew pull rope through the new transmission line on Falls Hill in Rumford. The effort is part of a Central Maine Power Co. upgrade to prepare lines and substations for the Record Hill Wind LLC wind power project in Roxbury. AIR2 of Timonium, Md., working with Electrical Line Utility Group of Lewiston and E. S. Boulos, began the work on Aug. 17. The helicopter has become a regular attraction on the skyline in Rumford.
