Crews from K-Line Construction of Woodstock, New Brunswick and Central Maine Power Co. work to restore power in East Jay on the Plaisted Road after several ash trees uprooted and fell on a power line causing a utility pole to topple around 7 p.m. Sunday. The mishap knocked out power on Bean’s Corner from Route 133 down, CMP Supervisor Gerry Norton said Monday. Norton expected power to be restored at about 9:30 a.m. Monday.
