LIVERMORE FALLS — Starting Sunday, Oct. 2 at 2:30 p.m. and on successive Sunday afternoons through Nov. 6, Emmanuel Assembly of God will offer a course in personal financial management for the whole community. The title of the course is “Dealing with Finances in a Challenging Economy.” Some of the topics covered are great budget blunders, credit clean up, protect your investment, to everything there is a season (college and retirement), and to buy or what to buy (real estate and mortgage).
Like so many people these days, folks at Emmanuel realize that many are struggling with their obligations in these troubled times. Therefore, they want to reach out to the community in a positive and helpful way with some great ideas about how to survive financially. The course will be offered free of charge and will deal with such matters as budgets, debt, savings and so on. Everyone who has any interest is invited.
Emmanuel Assembly is located at the intersection of Routes 133 and 17 (Shuy Corner).
