* Heidi L. Hopper, 27, of Norway, Sept. 22, failure to pay fines for violation of bail condition, $155 cash bail, Norway Police Department.

* Terry L. Small, 44, of Oxford, Sept. 22, failure to pay fines for operating after suspension, $660 cash bail, Maine State Police.

* David J. Thompson, 48, of Norway, Sept. 22, theft, $100 cash bail, Oxford Police Department.

* Nicholas R. Varnum, 21, of Mexico, Sept. 22, failure to appear for domestic violence assault charge, $1,000 cash bail, Dixfield Police Department.
