- A turbine hub works its way through the Webb River bridge construction on Route 2 in Dixfield on Wednesday morning. The convoy brought traffic to a halt for approximately 10 minutes. The wind turbine parts are being delivered to the Record Hill Wind project in Roxbury where 22 turbines are being constructed.
