LIVERMORE — Haunted History Hayrides featuring the strange happenings of Livermore will take place on Friday and Saturday nights, Oct. 14 and 15, 22 and 22, and 28 and 29, at The Washburn-Norlands Living History Center, 290 Norlands Road. Rides run every 15 to 30 minutes from 6 to 10 p.m. Last ride leaves at 10. Cost is $8 per person.
A narrated hayride will travel through field and forest. Be ready to laugh and to be chilled and thrilled. Hear stories about cursed ponds and empty coffins. Listen for the sound of Rattlin’ Bones. And watch out for the haunted spirits of long ago. This is a fun-filled family event. Cider and homemade doughnuts included.
