RUMFORD — Tonight’s special selectmen meeting at 7 o’clock to deal with a couple of matters involving Gateway Plaza LLC, owner of the new Amato’s restaurant, has been postponed.

Approval is sought for a mortgage note and a quitclaim deed for 438 Waldo St. to Gateway Plaza LLC.

Town Manager Carlo Puiia said early Tuesday afternoon that the meeting was postponed. He didn’t provide a rescheduled date.
