LISBON FALLS — The Lisbon Falls Baptist Church will celebrate its 50th annual Missions Conference, Oct. 22-26, with the theme Great is Thy Faithfulness.
All are welcome to attend.
The main speaker is Larry Strout, who with his wife, Melissa, serves with Avant Missions in Argentina. There will be a Ladies Tea on Saturday, Oct. 22, at 9:30 a.m. and an internationally themed dinner at 6 p.m. in the Kenneth E. MacDonald Family Life Center at the church.
Sunday services are at 9:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday’s meeting will be held in various homes throughout the community. Tuesday and Wednesday evening services begin at 6:30 p.m. Nursery will be provided.
Other featured speakers will include: Eric Brown serving with Word Of Life, Kevin and Marcia Strout, Grant and Elizabeth Fawcett serving with Northern Canada Evangelical Mission, Rodrigo and Krystal Juliani serving with Word Of Life, Dominican Republic. Summer ministries and others raising support will also be in attendance.
Many former missionaries have been invited to share in this special event to recall their times of service.
