- Bethel contractor Howard Parsons, left, returns to his crew who on Wednesday morning were busy scraping paint from the Bethel Library at 5 Broad St. Work on the repainting project began Tuesday. A library worker said that because some of the paint has lead in it, workers scraping it must wear hazardous materials suits.
