- Alora Gordon of South Paris presented the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society with the donations from her 10th birthday party on Aug. 6. A fifth-grade student at the Paris Elementary School, she asked for donations for the pets in lieu of birthday gifts. The shelter is located at 55 Strawberry Ave., Lewiston.
