Coastal Enterprises, Inc., the City of Lewiston and the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council celebrated the official ribbon cutting of 269-271 Park Street on Tuesday, October 25. Using federal grant funds from the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, the City of Lewiston and Coastal Enterprises were able to renovate the decaying building into a pair of spacious owner-occupied townhouses on the Androscoggin Mill Block across the street from The Public Theatre.
