Grimm, a veteran of the Army, had the opportunity to climb aboard the tank for his 90th birthday. He served in the 7th Armored Division during World War II and was a tank driver in the Battle of the Bulge. Hamper presented a legislative sentiment to Grimm in honor of his birthday.
