JAY – No one was injured when a tractor-trailer truck and a car collided on Route 4 in North Jay on Monday, officer Russell Adams said.
The Kenworth truck from J & F Corp. in Massachusetts appeared to have minor damage. The car was in a ditch off the side of the road and appeared to have heavy damage on the passenger side.
The accident occurred near the entrance to New England Public Warehouse.
Jay firefighters and NorthStar Emergency Medical Services ambulance personnel assisted at the scene.
Adams was called to another incident and unavailable to provide further details Monday.
