FARMINGTON — The Farmington Historical Society will hold its seventh annual Holiday Wreath Sale on Saturdays, Nov. 26 and Dec. 3, at the Titcomb House on Academy Street. Society members with some help from the Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity at the University of Maine Farmington have been busy decorating the hundreds of wreaths that will go on sale this Saturday.

Fresh, locally made and double sided, balsam wreaths are decorated with six-loop bows, cones and berries. Bow color choices are red, country red, burgundy and, new this year, cardinals. Also available are 36-inch barn wreaths with a red or country red bow. Shipping for the standard 24-inch wreath is available in the continental U.S. for $15 each.

Dec. 3 is also Chester Greenwood Day with a parade. The Titcomb House Museum will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

All proceeds support the Farmington Historical Society’s mission of preserving Farmington’s history and maintenance of the Titcomb House and North Church. For more information or to order wreaths, contact 778-4275.
