- A harvester at a logging camp off Route 117 in Otisfield caught fire Tuesday evening while workers were doing some welding on it, fire Chief Mike Hooker said. Firefighters extinguished the blaze in less than 15 minutes. But “with all the electricals burned out on it, it’s probably a loss,” he said of the harvester, which was insured. Hooker was uncertain who owned the machine.
