- Prefabricated wall panels cover the steel frame of the Black Bear casino building on Route 26 in Oxford. The casino is expected to open in late spring of 2012. Weather conditions have been favorable for the construction. Casino officials say the interior work will continue throughout the winter but much of the landscaping will wait until spring.
