- Pat Martin, right, vice president of the Norway Business Association, recently presented each of this year’s winners of the annual Norway Business Association raffle with a $100 voucher that can be used all or in part at any participating Norway businesses. With Martin are the winners, from left, Penny Merrill, Judy Haas and Emily Kist. A portion of the raffle proceeds is donated to a local charity.
