- The 1846 Minot Center Congregational Church will hold the annual “After Christmas Service” at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 1. The historic church is in its original condition. The walls and frescoed ceiling were painted by Mr. Harry Hartwell of Auburn in 1883 for $150. The church is at the corner of Center Minot Hill Road and Jackson Hill Road in Minot. The pastor is Francis Lodge. All denominations are invited to attend and help keep the historic church open. Refreshments will follow the service.
