RANGELEY — A Mass of Christian Burial for Madeleine Marie de Sinety Behrman of Rangeley was held Thursday from St. Luke’s Catholic Church, Rangeley, with Father Paul Plante officiating. Pallbearers were Bertrand de Sinety, Severin Beliveau, Ana Rothschild, Amos Rothschild, Harry Rothschild, Walker Fleming, Michael Schrader, Shirley Schrader, Kelsey Orests, Sonja Johnson, Pam Ellis, Kerry McMillan and Pam Webman. Sue Borko-Downes was organist and Victor Borko played the acoustic guitar. Suzie Sanders was cantor and Henry Plotkin, violinist, played Albinoni Adagio in G Minor. Eulogies were given by her son, Peter Behrman and family friend, Michael Rothschild. Following Mass, the Catholic Women’s Club hosted a comfort reception in the church vestry. Spring committal services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Rangeley. Arrangements were in the care of the Wiles Remembrance Center, Farmington.
