Meeting, potluck
MEXICO — The Mexico Congregational Church, UCC, (the “Green Church”) will hold its annual meeting on Sunday, Jan. 15. A potluck lunch will be shared after the morning worship service, followed by the meeting.
Church officers and committee chairs are asked to have their completed annual reports turned in to Shirley Fifield in order to include them in the 2011 Annual Report that will be read at the meeting. A slate of officers will be voted upon and the budget for 2012 approved. The meeting is open to all parish members, and they are reminded to bring something for the potluck lunch.
