Police and firefighters closed the area to traffic, while waiting for a Water District crew to arrive to shut off the flow. Water was gushing up beside the sidewalk in front of the Pachios Rausch and Co. accounting firm office at 32 Congress St. and flowing down both sides of the street to Route 108.
