- Norway Water District Superintendent Ryan Lippincott prepares a repaired water main for insulation and backfilling on Wednesday next to Ari’s Pizza & Subs. Lippincott said the daylong project was a cooperation between the water district and Wayne Kennagh Excavating, with Kennagh’s work paid for by Ari’s owner Christopher Farrar.
