- Franklin Memorial Hospital will hold an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at its new $4 million, 13,500-square-foot Androscoggin Valley Medical Arts Center on Main Street in Livermore Falls. The building will house the hospital’s outpatient services and Franklin Health Livermore Falls Family Practice. The center will open Monday, Jan. 23.
