BATH — New England Regional Theater Company will present a musical revue of “Les Miserables” and hold a silent auction at the Winter Street Center on Friday, Feb. 3 and 10.
The Parisian cabaret-style evening of performances, culinary treats from area restaurants and auction are a kick-off for NERTC’s fundraising campaign to build a community theater.
To that goal, Bowdoin College has donated 350 theater seats and theater lighting from Kresge Auditorium.
Involved in the “Les Miserables” production are Sophia Wood of Auburn; John Rankins of Pownal; Laura Christman and Gracia Babbidge, both of Bowdoin; and Patrick Scully, Tyler Beck, Elaina Dorsey and Melanie and John Willey and their children, Johnmarcus and Sararose, all of Brunswick.
Directing the production is Rebecca Beck, owner of Studio 48 Performing Arts Center and founder of New England Regional Theater Company, a nonprofit youth theater company.
Cocktails and bidding on silent auction items begin at 7 p.m., with the show starting at 8 o’clock. Individual tickets are $15; $25 for couples. Seating is limited to 120. For tickets, call 798-6966 or visit nertctickets@gmail.com. Winter Street Center on 888 Washington Street in Bath.
