WINTHROP — National Public Radio contributor and freelance journalist Caitlin Shetterly will appear at the Bailey Public Library on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
She will speak about her new book, “Made for You and Me,” a story of young married life as she and her husband set out from Maine to Los Angeles, but are ultimately forced to return home stymied by the economic recession, illness and an unexpected pregnancy.
For NPR, Shetterly writes about arts and culture, food and lifestyle. She can be heard on “All Things Considered” and “Weekend Edition.” She founder and artistic director of Winter Harbor Theatre Company, where she produces and directs works that take on challenging issues of our time.
