WEST PARIS – Worship services at The First Universalist Church of West Paris are presented with a combination of Worship Service Committee members and guest speakers. All are welcome to attend; services are 9 a.m. every Sunday until mid-June. The following are the March services.
March 4, “What’s it Worth?” Appraising faith, Antiques Roadshow-expert style, and how helpful that appraisal might be to us, led by guest speaker The Rev. Robert E. Wolf, retired UU minister. He and his wife, Mary, live in Auburn and are active members of the First Universalist Church of Auburn.
March 11, “Embracing Transition” Led by The Reverend Sarah Shepley, who is an ordained interfaith minister in Maine’s western hills.
March 18, “What Do We Do to Others?” Led by Bob Clifford, church member, and retired guidance counselor from Oxford Hills High School.
March 25, “A Free and Responsible Search for Truth and Meaning” Fourth in a series of the seven Unitarian Universalist Principles, conducted by the Worship Service Committee; service led by Pam Burke.
