WEST PERU — Todd and Mary Fenstermacher of West Peru are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Abigail May Fenstermacher, to Anthony Amato IV, son of Tony and Lori Amato of Leasburg, Mo.

The wedding will be held in Jacksonville, Fla., on June 23.

The future bride graduated valedictorian of Dirigo High School’s class of 2007, Dixfield. She is completing her senior year at Pensacola Christian College, where she is maintaining a 4.0 GPA, and is currently student-teaching a fifth-grade class at Pensacola Christian Academy, Pensacola, Fla.

The future bridegroom is a double education major graduate (biology and history) of Trinity Baptist College, Jacksonville, Fla., and is a high school biology teacher and basketball coach in Bell, Mo. Prior to teaching in the states, he taught 10th and 11th grade students for a year in China and coached a basketball team there as well.
