Price Is Right
JAY — The Price Is Right Show will take place at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at Spruce Mountain Middle School, starring Jeff Parsons from Q97.9 morning radio show.
Tickets went on sale March 1. They are $6 in advance, and are available at each of the RSU 73 school offices.
Call SMMS at 897-4319 for details. All high school students and adults can play. There will be raffles, silent auctions, kids prizes, concessions, food and a 50/50 raffle. Doors open at 4:30.
Keep Me Warm supper
FAYETTE — The Last Keep Me Warm supper for this season will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at the Fayette Central School. There will be lots of great food, music by the Maranacook String Band and Carlene’s Raffles. To help, call Elaine Wilcox at 685-3886. The group will be collecting nonperishable food items for the Mount Vernon Food bank.
Free public supper
JAY — This month’s free public supper will be held Saturday, March 10, at the Knights of Columbus hall, Main Street. Hall opens at noon and serving is from 4:30 to 6 p.m. There will be a spaghetti supper with minestrone soup, salad, garlic bread, dessert and drinks. The supporter this month is Androscoggin Bank.
Fish chowder lunch
FARMINGTON — The Fairbanks Union Church will hold a fish chowder luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 16. The luncheon includes chowder, biscuit, pickles, cheese, dessert and coffee/tea beverage. For local delivery (within five miles of the church) call the church at 778-4705. The donation for the luncheon is $6.
St. Patrick’s dance
JAY — A St. Patrick’s Day dance will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at VFW 3335 Frank Mitchell Post, 64 Jewell St. $10 per person. Light fare included. DJ. 897-5112.

LIVERMORE FALLS — George Bunten Post 10 American Legion will hold a St. Patrick’s Day public supper from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at 17 Reynolds Ave. Adults, $7; 12 and under, $4.

Thrift shop
RANGELEY — The Good Shepherd Thrift Shop, at 2614 Main St., will hold a winter clearing sale Tuesday, March 20, through Saturday, March 31.
Pants, shirts, sweaters, skirts, blouses and dresses will be 50 cents. Jackets will be half price. Everything else will be as marked.
The hours of the Thrift Shop are Mondays and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sale prices will be in effect March 20, 24, 27 and 31.
Donations of clean usable clothing and small household items will be gratefully accepted. No computer equipment please.
