FARMINGTON — The Mt. Blue School District has announced the following kindergarten and pre-K registration dates.
Wednesday, March 28, 2 to 4 p.m. at Cape Cod Hill School; Monday, April 9, 2 to 5 p.m. at Cushing School (by appointment) and Tuesday, April 3, noon to 5 p.m. at Mallett School (by appointment).
This year schools will be registering students for both kindergarten and pre-kindergarten, the program for 4-year-olds.
Needed at registration is the child’s birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo of the child and filled out parental questionnaire and medical history forms.
Children who will be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15 may be registered for kindergarten. Children who will be 4 years old on or before Oct. 15 may be registered for pre-kindergarten.
For registration at Cape Cod Hill, call Kim Porter as soon as possible at 778-2771 for a registration packet.
Parents who wish to register their children at Mallett or Cushing School also need to call their respective school offices for an appointment: Mallett School, 778-3529; Cushing School, 645-2442.
