AUBURN — Announcement is made of the engagement of Aimee Bailey of New York City and Robert Spivey.

Miss Bailey is the daughter of Madelyn Gagne-Bailey of Auburn and the late Robert Bailey. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Northeastern University and is a nurse at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Mr. Spivey is the son of Kathleen Spivey of Mount Laurel, N.J., and Dr. Michael Spivey of Corinth, Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University and is vice president of Equity Analysis and Strategy.

The wedding is planned for Nov. 10 in Boston.
