NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank recently held its annual employee awards banquet to celebrate the company’s achievements and successes of 2011.
The Fryeburg branch was recognized with two awards this year, one from the retail banking division and one from the asset management group.
The Fryeburg team earned this year’s Branch Excellence Award. Areas of evaluation for this award include branch deposit growth, loan production and customer service.
The branch staff also earned Group Partner Award from the asset management group. Last fall, the branch hosted a very successful after-hours branch social to share the capabilities of the asset management group with some of the bank’s clients. The event resulted in several new relationships with residents and business leaders of the Fryeburg community.
