Healing workshop
HARTFORD — Pinpoint of Light Spiritualist Center, Hartford Town Hall, 1190 Main St., will offer a devotional service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, March 25.
Following the service a potluck lunch will be served, then a workshop on “Healing Energy” will take place.

Retired teachers
PARIS — Oxford County retired teachers will meet at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 24, at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School. The business meeting will begin at 11 a.m.
Lunch will take place at noon and at 12:45 p.m. the program, “Living through the Lepage Era Financially,” will be held. Those attending should use the side entrance to the culinary arts program. To reserve a lunch, call 743-7677.
Chinese auction
PARIS — The Oxford County Fair will hold a Chinese auction at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at the Middle School, Pine Street.
Many items, including gift certificates and a dollar table, will be available. Doors will open at 3 p.m.
Auxiliary supper
PARIS — The Paris Fire Department Auxiliary will sponsor a supper that will include corned beef, cabbage, potato, veggies, mac and cheese, salads, rolls and assorted homemade desserts.
The event will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at the Paris Fire Department, Western Avenue.
Proceeds will benefit the Paris Fire Department Auxiliary and fire personnel.
Shelter bingo
NORWAY — Responsible Pet Care will hold Longaberger bingo on Sunday, March 25, at Norway Legion Hall, Main Street. Doors will open 11 a.m. and bingo will start 12:30 p.m.
Tickets are $10 for 16 games regular bingo. There will also be coverall games, raffle baskets, 50/50 raffle and refreshments. For more information or advance tickets, call 743-8679.
Driving course
PARIS — The AAA Driver Education Program for drivers 55 and older will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, at Foster Carroll American Legion Post 72, 12 Church St.
The video-lecture-based course is designed to increase safe-driving awareness and confidence behind the wheel. The course qualifies for the Maine insurance discount for ages 55-plus.
The cost is $20 for AAA members and $25 for non-members. Bring a friend and receive half off the cost.
