MEXICO — River Valley Healthy Community Coalition will host a work site wellness round table on March 29 from noon to 2 p.m. in the Community Room at the Oxford Federal Credit Union, 225 River Road.

This is a chance to hear the latest wellness ideas, the science behind them and share concerns or challenges work sites may anticipate. It is also a chance for representatives from work sites to ask questions and share any successes and challenges they may be encountering while creating a healthier workplace.

The featured speaker will be Willow Sherwood, MS, executive director, WELCOA faculty, Wellness Council of Maine.

Carl Costanzi, the 5210 Let’s Go! program coordinator, will give a brief overview of how “5210 goes to work.” For those who arrive by 11:45 a.m., there will be a demonstration of how to use muve.com for short, spur-of-the-moment workouts for health and happiness at the work site.

A healthy light lunch will be served. Please RSVP by March 26 to Carol Emery, HMP manager, at 364-7408 or email: rvhcc@gwi.net.
