FARMINGTON — Police are investigating a burglary at an Owen Mann Road home where items worth $650 were taken.
Police believe the burglary occurred within the last two weeks, Farmington Police Department secretary Bonnie Pomeroy read from the report.
When the homeowner returned Tuesday afternoon, he noticed a vehicle parked at the home looked as though it had been disturbed and there was an attempt to haul it away. While most items taken were outside the home, the title to the vehicle along with some change was missing from inside.
A chainsaw and an outside propane tank also were taken.
The owner reported the incident about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, she said.
