BIDDEFORD — Spencer Ross, son of Dr. Bruce and Cindy Ross of Nova Street, Dixfield, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2011 fall semester at the University of New England. A 2011 graduate of Dirigo High School, Ross is a major in medical biology/pre-med.
