LIVERMORE — Administrative assistant Kurt Schaub said the 2012-13 budget of $1.06 million is $16,466 more than this year’s net budget.

It is about $6,000 below the state’s LD-1 growth cap, he said recently.

The budget includes department revenues and carry-forwards. Residents passed a $1.22 million budget at the annual town meeting June 13.
