* Jama Mohamed Hassan,  52, of 78 Maple St., arrested by Lewiston police on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday at 206 Park St.

Auburn

* Theresa Jo Forrester, 21, of 272 Poland Range Road, Pownal, arrested by Auburn police on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license at 1:56 a.m. Wednesday at 25 Main St. Lewiston.

* Luis Guadalupe Torres, 35, of 25 Sarah Ave., arrested by Auburn police on  a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at 1:41 Wednesday at 100 Mount Auburn Ave.
