Hickman’s attempts to contain a rambunctious magic “mouse” on Tuesday afternoon during the culmination of Ludden Memorial Library’s summer reading program in Dixfield. Librarian Peggy Malley said 65 children participated in the program, 50 of whom read books and earned certificates and prizes.
