- A counter has been installed where a door used to be in the court Clerk’s Office for those attending Franklin County Superior Court in Farmington and need to pay fines and fees. In the past, people have had to walk across the street to the District Court building to pay those fines or fees. Years ago, the Clerk’s Office was up the stairs on the left on the third floor before it was deemed unsafe.
