The 10th annual Franklin Savings Bank, River Valley Chamber of Commerce/ River Valley Rotary Golf Tournament, which was held on July 10th at the Oakdale Country Club in Mexico, Maine, was another successful venture. The day itself was perfect for golf and participants had a great time. We had two golfers win $100 in the 30-foot putt-off (Chuck Morissette and Rich Allen) but neither made the 50-footer shot that would have netted $10,000.
