PARIS — A Paris man is accused of sexual exploitation of a child under 12 years old.

David McCaul, 18, of 768 Park St., was arrested last Friday by Sgt. Hartley Mowatt of the Paris Police Department. According to court documents, the incident is alleged to have occurred on Aug. 3.

McCaul was arrested before 5 p.m. and bailed out about an hour later on $10,000 unsecured bond. His arraignment is set for Nov. 6 in Oxford County Superior Court.

If found guilty, McCaul could face five to 30 years in prison.
