Acacia Masonic Lodge 121 of Durham has announced the winners of two $500 scholarships: Kayla A. Thurlow and Shane W. Cloutier. Thurlow is a graduate of Freeport High School and she will attend Transylvania University in Kentucky and major in Spanish and accounting. Cloutier is a graduate of Edward Little High School and he will attend the University of Maine in Orono and major in music. From left are Charles W. Plummer, J.C. Mills, Thurlow and Cloutier.
