- “I wanted to play soccer, but Sunday is family day so that is what this is,” said Soccer on Sundays group founder Rebecca Webber before the group started a game at Turner Primary School Sunday. The group, which began in June, will play from 5 p.m. until dark every Sunday through Aug. 26. Everyone from ages 9 to 99 is invited to show up for a pick-up game. “As people show up, we just add them to the game,” Webber said.
