* Clayton F. Morse, 50, Monmouth, operating after suspension, Aug. 15, $1,500 unsecured bail, Farmington Police Department.

* Timothy P. Gallagher, 43, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, Aug. 16, $500 cash bail, Maine State Police.
